LJZ 1/24: Article “Limitations of power of representation of the foundation board”
Manuel Walser has contributed an article “Limitations of power of representation of the foundation board” (“Grenzen der Vertretungsmacht des Stiftungsrates”) to the current edition of the LJZ (Liechtensteinische Juristen-Zeitung). The article focusses on the internal competence and external power of representation of the foundation board and its limitations as well as on the question whether there is the duty to treat beneficiaries equally.
