Rules of Procedure for Disciplinary Issues

Walser Attorneys at Law Ltd. together with the Professional Ethic Committee has elaborated Rules of Procedure for Disciplinary Issues of the Liechtenstein Chamber of Fiduciaries. In addition to provisions for speeding up and simplifying the disciplinary procedure, these rules include guidelines on avoiding conflicts of interests with specific case constellations. The plenary assembly of the Chamber of Fiduciaries has adopted these rules of procedure on its yesterday’s meeting.
