Liquidation Procedure

By order dated 18th May 2017, the Office of Justice, Trade Register Department, has appointed lic. iur. Manuel Walser as subsequent liquidator of the defunct S.M.D.C. International Anstalt in liquidation, 9490 Vaduz, FL-0001.091.567-2. The duty of the liquidator is to distribute the subsequent occurred assets according to the hierarchy of insolvency law. All creditors are called upon to file their claims with the liquidator.
