Arbitration Court of the OSCE

In its meeting of 24th January 2017, the Liechtenstein Government has appointed lic. iur. Manuel Walser as Liechtenstein arbitrator and thereby as representative of Liechtenstein with the Court of Conciliation and Arbitration within the Organisation of Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), based in Geneva. The court originates from the Stockholm Convention on Conciliation and Arbitration within the OSCE dated 15th December 1992. The convention constitutes a broad regime for the peaceful resolution of disputes between the member states of the OSCE.
