The 15th chapter of the Handbook Liechtenstein Civil Procedure Law published by Hubertus Schumacher deals with the interruption and the suspension of the civil proceedings in Liechtenstein procedural law, namely the interruption ex officio and the interruption at the request of a party, the decision of the court, the effects of the interruption and the continuation of an interrupted proceeding, as well as the suspension of the proceedings ex officio and at the request of a party.
