Limits of the power of representation of bodies, A comparative law analysis of European countries
This article deals with the power of representation of company bodies and the limits of this power of representation. As part of the harmonisation of company law across all EU Member States, the power of representation of corporate bodies was also regulated at European level. The following section takes a closer look at European law, the implementation of the directive into Liechtenstein law and into the national law of other selected countries, as well as the individual court rulings that have been handed down in this regard.
