Insolvency Proceedings Reich Transport AG

By order dated 28th July 2021, the Princely Court of Justice has opened insolvency proceedings over the assets of Reich Transport AG, 9492 Eschen, FL-0001.524.535-0, and appointed Dr. iur. Manuel Walser, LL.M., as receiver. The insolvency proceedings are conducted under the file number 05 KO.2021.337. All creditors are called upon to file their claims in written form under specification of their legal basis and the corresponding evidence with the receiver until the 01st September 2021 latest.
