Bankruptcy Proceedings

By order dated 19th June 2017, the Princely Court of Justice has opened bankruptcy proceedings over the assets of Joseph Abela Family Foundation, 9490 Vaduz, FL-0001.072.058-8 and appointed lic. iur. Manuel Walser as receiver. The bankruptcy proceedings are conducted under the file number 05 KO.2017.293. All creditors are called upon to file their claims under specification of their legal basis and the demanded creditor class with the receiver until the 16th August 2017 latest.
