Arbitration in foundation law
In foundation law, which is part of personal and corporate law, the importance of the interaction between substantive (foundation) law and the (procedural) law applicable to its enforcement is regularly demonstrated in practice. This article deals, among other things, with arbitration in Liechtenstein foundation law and classifies it both within the national legal framework and in the international context.
